Fill out a contact form and tell us a bit about what is going on and what you’re looking for. We will try to get back to you within 48 hours.
We can then schedule a time for your Intake Appointment. This is an opportunity for us to see if we’d be a good ft, for you to ask questions and for me to get a better picture of what’s going on and how I can best support you.
We will identify some goals and start mapping out a path forward.
- Individual Therapy Session - $175
- Extended Length Session (75 - 90 minutes) | $ $200-225
Each individual session is typically 50 minutes. Longer sessions are occasionally appropriate or necessary and can be arranged.
We do not accept insurance.
Payment is accepted by credit card and expected at the time of each session.
The office is conveniently located in the Dilworth area, near Freedom Park. I will send a specific address, directions and parking info once your Intake documents have been submitted and your first appointment has been confirmed.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let me know well in advance so that I may have the opportunity to offer the time to someone else.
If you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance (two full business days, not including weekends), you will be responsible for the FULL session fee.
For example: cancelling an appointment for Monday at 3 PM, you would need to notify me before Thursday at 3 PM the previous week. Changing the length of an appointment also requires 48 hours notice.
I understand that emergencies do happen and it’s not always possible to provide ideal notice. My policy is to allow one late cancellation (less than 48 hours notice) due to an unexpected emergency. Beyond that, please be aware that you will be charged the full session fee.
